Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Resource Manager in the United States (LA/SF/NY preferred) to own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across our creative studio. You will ensure the right team is in place at the right time and maintain visibility across active and upcoming work.

This highly cross-functional role requires exceptional organization, proactivity, and strong communication to balance multiple projects and priorities while partnering with producers, leads, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Naturally proactive — you see potential problems before someone has to point them out.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust with creatives, project leads, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own resource planning across all active and upcoming creative projects.
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of team availability, workload, project schedules, and upcoming capacity.
• Identify capacity gaps, scheduling conflicts, and potential bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Track utilization and help leadership understand where the team is over- or under-capacity.
• Anticipate future resource needs based on the studio's pipeline and upcoming work.
