Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across our creative studio in the United States. You’ll partner with Creative Producers, leads, and leadership to ensure the right team is on each project at the right time.

This cross-functional role requires top organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage many moving pieces while keeping the studio aligned on priorities and capacity.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Naturally proactive — you see potential problems before someone has to point them out.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing timelines.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own resource planning across all active and upcoming creative projects.
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of team availability, workload, project schedules, and upcoming capacity.
• Identify capacity gaps, scheduling conflicts, and potential bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Track utilization and help leadership understand where the team is over-or under-capacity.
• Anticipate future resource needs based on the studio’s pipeline and upcoming work.
