NVE Experience Agency is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative team and drive groundbreaking brand experiences in a hybrid setting with hubs in Los Angeles and New York. You will champion immersive concepts, oversee projects end-to-end, and mentor a talented team of creatives while embracing AI-driven tools to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with award-winning and press-getting work.
• Demonstrated leadership of art directors, copywriters and creatives.
• Experience in marketing with a decade plus and team management.
• Confident, passionate with a clear POV and teamwork mindset.
• Lifelong student of creativity and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of big, bold ideas for brand experiences and campaigns.
• Own mid to large-sized projects from concept to delivery and oversee creative
• Oversee execution to ensure magical results in delivery and concept
• Present ideas and campaigns to clients to build trust and enthusiasm
• Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering growth
• Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries within agency and client work
• Stay informed about trends, tools and technologies to maintain competitive edge
• Manage resources, budgets, timelines; collaborate with leadership on team casting
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output and advocate for creative culture
• Be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate the creative process and innovate
