Job summary

NVE Experience Agency is seeking an Associate Director of Creative Resource Management to lead the resourcing strategy for the Creative department, aligning staffing with pipeline forecasts and business goals.

This senior, hands-on role partners with Creative Leadership, Accounts, Strategy, Production and Finance to balance workloads, talent, and budgets while maintaining a human-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in creative resourcing or creative operations.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative process across design and production.
• Ability to manage complex staffing dynamics with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with resource management and project management software.
• Strong financial acumen regarding margins and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the resourcing strategy for the Creative department.
• Serve as the primary resourcing partner to Creative leadership.
• Escalate staffing challenges and high-impact casting decisions.
• Evaluate briefs and workloads to assign jobs with department management.
• Contribute to centralized resourcing best practices and tooling.
• Balance people-first decisions with financial realities.
