NVE Experience Agency is seeking a seasoned Executive Producer to lead strategic and operational delivery across complex client programs in the experiential space. You will steer production across multiple concurrent initiatives, from tentpole experiences to scalable field marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.

The role supports a hybrid work model with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York, and remote candidates may be considered.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of production experience in the experiential or event industry.
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar client accounts, retainers, or similarly complex production portfolios within an agency.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple teams and concurrent high-profile, large-scale productions.
