Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or project coordination experience in a digital marketing/creative agency or fast-paced client services environment.
• Agile project management experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and short iterative cycles.
• Strong client and internal communication skills to represent the engagement professionally to enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace; willingness to learn client-specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep Projects Moving: manage day-to-day timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
• Run an Agile Operating Cadence: participate in sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and adapt scope in short cycles.
• Drive Clear, Two-Way Communication: maintain updates and forecasts with clients and internal teams.
• Support Creative & Event Delivery: coordinate assignments across the full project lifecycle, including global events.
• Own Budget & Reporting: monitor budget and burn-rate, track spend and approvals.
• Stay One Step Ahead: maintain trackers, identify risks, and escalate issues early.
• Collaborate Across Teams: align creatives, strategists, and clients on priorities and timelines.
