Samsara is hiring a Senior Creative Program Manager to orchestrate the company’s high-volume creative output across brand, campaigns, product launches, web, and events. You’ll bring structure, visibility, and best practices to a fast-moving team while partnering with executives to align priorities and timelines.

The role emphasizes program rigor, creative-process fluency, and AI-enabled workflows to scale impact.

Competenze

7+ years of program or project management in in-house creative studios or agencies.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs from brief to delivery.
Experience building intake, resourcing, capacity planning, and review processes.
Proficiency with work-management tools and dashboards.
Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional creative programs from intake to launch.
Develop program plans for brand campaigns, product launches, events, and web initiatives.
Track milestones, provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Partner with Creative leadership to run traffic, prioritization, and review cadences.
Define, document, and scale creative workflows and governance.
Administer and optimize the creative work-management stack and dashboards.
Identify and implement AI-powered tools to reduce manual coordination.
