Samsara is a leading global B2B SaaS company focused on Connected Operations. The Associate Creative Director will shape visual and creative direction for our digital experiences and web presence, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling assets in an AI-first world.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the US. You will drive design systems, mentor a diverse team of designers and technologists, and push for innovative, performance-driven experiences across

Competenze

8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years of people management in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Experience with AI models/tools to augment design workflows.
Hands-on with tokenized/design systems connected to live codebases.

Mansioni

Lead development and execution of creative concepts for digital and multimedia marketing assets.
Own tokenized web design system in Figma, ensuring cross-site consistency.
Prototype and build using AI-assisted design tools for near-shippable experiences.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align visuals with brand strategy.
