• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years of people-management in a B2B SaaS or high‑tech environment.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience and curiosity around AI models and tools to augment design workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with componentized or tokenized design systems linked to live codebases.
• Fluency with AI‑assisted design or prototyping tools as part of the process.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences.
• Familiarity with analytics/heatmaps/A/B testing to optimize creative performance.
