You will supervise designers, evolve the tokenized system in Figma, and collaborate across product, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact visuals. You will drive industry-leading creative direction, stay ahead of AI tools in design, and mentor a diverse team to deliver engaging,

Competenze

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years in people management in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience with AI models/tools augmenting design workflows.
• Hands-on experience with componentized or tokenized design systems connected to live codebases.
• Strong brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences.
