Samsara, a leading global B2B SaaS company, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to shape the visual and creative direction of our digital experience. You will lead and mentor a team, drive a tokenized design system, and push AI-enabled design and prototyping to accelerate delivery.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency across channels, while advancing an e-commerce mindset within our

Competenze

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years as a people manager in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience with AI models and tools to augment design workflows.
• Hands-on work in a tokenized or componentized design system connected to live code.
• Strong portfolio of B2B marketing campaigns and digital experiences.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of creative concepts for digital and multimedia marketing.
• Own tokenized digital web design system in Figma and coordinate with Brand Creative for consistency.
• Prototype and build using AI-assisted design and development tools toward near-shippable experiences.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to create compelling visual narratives aligned with brand strategy.
• Manage a team of digital designers and creative technologists, mentoring and guiding delivery.
• Oversee production from ideation to final delivery within budgets and deadlines.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Stay current on industry trends and AI-powered tools and integrate them into workflows.
• Work with UX to translate user insights into impactful experiences.
