Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Manager to own the operational side of the creative process from intake through delivery, partnering with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.

This fast-paced, remote role requires a confident problem solver who can bring structure to complexity, anticipate challenges, and improve workflows for the Creative Team while maintaining visibility into project health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project or creative operations in agency/design environment.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects with deadlines.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution from intake through final delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and milestones; maintain accurate status.
• Review briefs and manage intake for prioritization and scope.
• Balance stakeholder needs with resources while identifying risks.
• Facilitate kickoff and weekly status meetings; document decisions.
• Provide regular project updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
• Foster accountability and collaboration across teams.
