Job summary

Toptal, a global network known for remote-first operations, seeks an experienced hybrid operator for our Marketing Agency Organization. You will drive solution architecture, sales enablement, partnerships, and client-facing business development, measured by deals won and partner revenue.

You will report to the Practice Director of our Marketing Agency and work with a distributed team. This remote role requires strong English communication, with US work authorization and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency/consulting background with a track record of owning outcomes and working directly with clients.
• Experience writing and leading proposals or RFP responses for deals of varying size and complexity.
• Partnerships experience — building GTM motions and joint offerings that generated real revenue.
• Comfort working across both B2B and B2C, and across verticals such as consumer goods, technology, insurance, and financial services.
• Genuine interest in AI: designing AI-enabled client solutions and upskilling an internal team on AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals and RFP responses for large, complex Enterprise engagements and partner with sales teams as a solutions expert.
• Own go-to-market execution of strategic partnerships and convert them into measurable revenue.
• Represent the organization with Enterprise clients, owning outcomes and business development.
• Design AI-enabled client offerings and champion practical AI adoption inside the team.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, customer success, and revops.
