Job summary

Toptal, a global network of top talent, seeks a hybrid operator to lead solution architecture, sales enablement, partnerships, and client-facing business development. You will report to the Practice Director of the Marketing Agency and drive outcomes: deals won, partner revenue, and offerings shipped.

You will join a distributed team in a remote US-friendly role and help evolve the service catalog with clear pricing and go-to-market motions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency and/or consulting with client-facing outcomes.
• Experience writing and leading proposals or RFPs for complex deals.
• Partnerships experience with GTM motions and joint offerings.
• Comfort across B2B and B2C across multiple sectors.
• Genuine interest in AI-based client solutions and internal upskilling.
• Experience across marketing, sales, customer success, and RevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, perfect English grammar.
• Ability to collaborate via Slack and other digital tools.
• Proven ability to excel as an individual contributor in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals and RFP responses for large enterprise engagements, coordinating with sales and marketing.
• Own go-to-market execution for strategic partnerships and co-sell motions with measurable revenue.
• Represent the organization with enterprise clients and drive outcomes beyond back-end support.
• Design and promote AI-enabled offerings for clients and internal teams.
• Dynamically collaborate across GTM motions including marketing, sales, and customer success.
