On Location is seeking a Senior Creative Director, Amplify Production & Delivery, to lead strategic and creative development from RFP to delivery. You will transform client briefs into immersive brand experiences and manage cross-functional teams across Strategy, Business Development, and Production.

The role requires deep storytelling, strong presentation skills, and a track record in experiential campaigns, with travel of 15–20% annually to support events and rights holders.

Formación

• Experience leading RFPs and new business pitches.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to uncover human insights.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing campaigns across experiential, sponsorship, hospitality, and brand communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative development from RFP response through concept development and delivery.
• Translate client briefs, objectives, audience insights and cultural trends into compelling creative strategies.
• Develop original campaign concepts, brand platforms, activation ideas and experience frameworks.
• Transform client brands into immersive sports and entertainment experiences.
• Lead delivery teams to execute high-quality hospitality experiences.
• Mentor designers, copywriters, strategists and freelance creative teams.
• Partner with Business Development, Client Services, Production and Marketing to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
