Qualifications
- Experience leading RFPs and new business pitches.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to translate client briefs into compelling creative strategies.
- Significant experience in experiential, sponsorship, hospitality, and brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development from RFP response through concept and delivery.
- Translate client objectives and cultural trends into brand experiences.
- Collaborate with BD, production, and marketing to shape winning proposals.
- Provide clear creative direction and mentorship to designers and strategists.
- Oversee on-site attendance and ensure alignment with client timelines and budgets.
