Job summary

On Location is seeking a Senior Creative Director, Amplify – Production & Delivery in New York, NY. You will lead strategic and creative development for client opportunities from RFP to delivery, transforming briefs into immersive brand experiences for premier events.

You will mentor teams, drive high-impact narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure creative excellence and commercially viable concepts across hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in experiential agency or travel/hospitality space.
• Proven track record leading RFPs and new business pitches.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level delivery.
• Experience developing campaigns across experiential, sponsorship, hospitality, and brand communications.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Airtable, Keynote and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from RFP response through concept and delivery.
• Collaborate with BD to shape winning proposals and presentations.
• Mentor designers, strategists and freelance teams to raise creative standards.
• Partner with Production, Client Services and Marketing to align with objectives and timelines.
• Oversee travel and event-related creative execution and client engagements.
