Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate real estate transaction management or related experience.
• Experience supporting large occupiers and lease portfolios is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the account team across lease, sublease, renewal and relocation transactions.
• Develop financial analyses, cash-flow models and occupancy-cost scenarios.
• Prepare LOIs and executive-ready reporting for leadership and clients.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure governance, accuracy and timeliness.
