Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager in New York City to oversee day‑to‑day transaction management for a high‑profile portfolio. You will manage budgeting, revenue tracking, and profitability reporting while coordinating cross‑functional teams toward client goals.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate transaction management, strong financial acumen, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Some travel may be required; eligible for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/real estate background preferred.
• 5+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including contract management/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transaction service delivery and coordinate transaction teams.
• Coordinate and manage field broker selection process; determine client needs and project parameters.
• Lead negotiations and management of transactions; ensure data accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio administration to ensure data integrity; coordinate legal review of lease/owning documents.
• Prepare, review and interpret financial analyses; report transaction revenue and profitability.
