Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking, responsible for driving new client relationships, loan fundings, deposits, and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of clients and hit production goals across diverse industries, reporting to Market or Team Leader depending on the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience with credit analysis, portfolio management, business development or CRE transactions.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products, industry trends, and ability to assess client needs.
• Formal Credit Training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent underwriting experience) required.
• Self-starter with persistence and a drive to exceed calling metrics and production goals.
• Strong team player capable of collaborating across groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency balanced with adherence to risk appetite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clients and internal partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Focus on client coverage through disciplined calling and understanding client objectives.
• Coordinate across the firm to deliver the whole-bank solutions and manage deals from inception to close.
• Build knowledge of financial products, markets, regulations, and CRE trends.
• Identify and mitigate various risks (regulatory, reputational, operational, credit).
• Manage pipeline and sales production through data, reports, and systems.
