Job summary

Northwest is seeking a CRE Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering a full suite of banking solutions and building a network of COIs to generate new opportunities. The role includes managing a commercial loan portfolio, risk oversight, and collaborating with portfolio management to ensure timely reviews and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing.
• 6–8 years CRE relationship management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, credit and non-credit products.
• Strong negotiating skills in terms, loan structure and pricing.
• Knowledge and understanding of risk management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships and Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Prospect actively to bring in new relationships to Northwest.
• Engage product partners to discuss cross-selling opportunities and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed budget goals by region and individually.
• Participate in community and professional networking events.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio and make loan presentations.
• Partner with credit and portfolio management to ensure timely reviews and renewals.
• Ensure credit files include current financial statements and agency reports.
