Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending, including origination support and portfolio management.
• Experience with ground-up construction properties and CRE product types (Bridge, Perm, LOC).
• Ability to assess sponsor strength, market conditions, tenancy, cash flow and collateral quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and credit analysis for CRE transactions, evaluating borrower financials and sponsor strength.
• Apply market-standard credit metrics and scenario analysis to assess risk and viability.
• Structure transactions with appropriate terms, covenants, reserves, and recourse arrangements.
