Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial real estate lending.
• Experience with ground-up construction properties.
• Experience with Bridge, Perm, and Lines of Credit.
• Ability to evaluate sponsor strength and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and credit analysis for CRE transactions, including borrower financials, guarantor strength, cash flow, and sponsor experience.
• Apply market-standard credit metrics (DSCR, LTV, covenanting) and scenario analysis to assess viability and risk.
• Evaluate collateral and market fundamentals including submarket conditions, rent comps, and exit strategies.
• Structure transactions with appropriate terms, pricing, covenants, reserves, and recourse/non-recourse features.
