Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee management of a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the property's management agreement.

The role requires leading property staff, managing lease administration, budgets, and vendor contracts, while ensuring compliance with policies and client directives. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and conduct inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances; oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting for reporting.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work for timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; ensure cross-team communication.
• Foster relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
