Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property or group of properties for a client under a management agreement.

Responsibilities include lease administration, budget development, and coordinating with ownership and accounting for contract compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a property or group of properties for a client under the management agreement.
• Monitor lease administration duties and collections; coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and manage property inspections per asset requirements.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting to ensure contract compliance and reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work to meet timelines.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; ensure cross-team communication.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and clients.
