Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior to join the Midland-Treasury organization in an in-office setting. You will manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, interpret complex loan agreements, and ensure accurate servicing in accordance with policies and regulations.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, precise documentation, and timely reporting to investors and regulators. Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree and experience with loan documentation,

Qualifications

• Due diligence and attention to detail are essential for loan documentation and covenant reviews.
• Experience with complex commercial real estate loans and related servicing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialty product knowledge to daily servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, process transactions, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements; assist in onboarding and transition of loans.
• Support covenant testing and maintain accurate servicing records in the system.
