Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst in the Midland SFR Servicing Team to manage complex servicing activities for CRE loans, CMBS, and balance sheet portfolios. You will handle servicing transactions, covenant testing, and reporting while ensuring compliance with loan documents and internal policies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving in loan servicing.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate loan documents and CMBS structures.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management processes.
• Experience with loan documentation, payments, escrows, and covenant testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary loan administrator for balance sheet, CMBS, and agency loans.
• Execute complex servicing transactions and monitor borrower/client requests.
• Research loan documents to determine best action; maintain accurate servicing records.
• Assist in onboarding new loans and managing paid-off/transferred loans.
