Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Analyzes and interprets complex loan agreements to apply loan terms in servicing activities in compliance with agreements and laws.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may review loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements.
