Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to support the origination, structuring, and distribution of CRE credit products across the capital stack.

You will work with the Head of CRE Credit Distribution & Loan Syndication on senior loan syndication, subordinate debt distribution, HRR placement, and transitional lending partnerships. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CRE finance, loan syndication, debt capital markets, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Series 7/63 (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare investor-facing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions and partner relationships under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support senior loan syndication of CRE loans to bank, insurance company, and institutional investors.
• Prepare marketing materials, investor term sheets, and syndication books; manage outreach and closing logistics.
• Track pipeline, hold levels, and syndicated positions relative to desk risk limits.
• Assist in structuring and placing mezzanine debt, B-notes, and other subordinate tranches.
• Coordinate HRR placement, due diligence, and documentation with legal and risk retention teams.
• Assist with structuring and distributing CRE private placement transactions to institutional investors.
• Coordinate transitional/bridge lending program, track deal flow, funding schedules, and program capacity.
