SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Loan Operations team in Houston. The role focuses on QC of loan boarding, servicing transfers, and maintaining high-quality service for CRE loans.

The candidate should have 5+ years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. You will collaborate across departments, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experienced professional with 5+ years in industry, typically Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, auditing, or data analytics preferred.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate asset management a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and achieve goals with professional behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and QC loan boarding in the servicing system per policies with minimal supervision.
• Complete assignments for complex and priority clients.
• Manage written and oral communication with internal departments on servicing questions.
• Assist with training and cross training of team members.
• Adhere to boarding policies and client requirements while meeting deliverables.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support daily Loan Operations tasks.
