Job summary

Northmarq, a premier capital markets advisor, seeks a Senior Investment Analyst in the West Palm Beach office. You will support the Production Debt + Equity team with financial analysis, underwriting, and loan packaging, coordinating pre-closing activities and closing processes.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in CRE financial analysis, strong agency underwriting knowledge, and a four-year degree in real estate/finance/business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-time financial analysis and/or underwriting experience in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets is required.
• Strong proficiency in agency CRE underwriting (Fannie/Freddie) and understanding of property types.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business preferred.
• Solid cash flow analysis skills including NOI, DSC, ROC, IRR.
• Excellent verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting CRE properties to project income and assess valuation and loan viability.
• Packaging loan requests with borrower, property, market analysis, and supporting data.
• Pre-closing tasks: lender outreach, quotes, and Salesforce updates.
• Closing coordination with the MD/Producer and servicing department.
• Research and lead generation using third-party and internal resources.
• Deliver best-in-class client service to lenders and borrowers.
