Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, CRE lending, portfolio management, asset management, or real estate private equity.
Familiarity with real estate cash flow analysis, valuation concepts, fund structures, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and monitor a diversified portfolio of CRE debt investments across various loan types.
Perform CRE credit analysis, market research, and investment evaluation for prospective debt and structured finance transactions.
Maintain portfolio analytics, valuation models, and recurring management reporting across platforms.
Coordinate capital calls, investor reporting, audits, and interactions with fund administrators and external providers.
Lead market research initiatives and develop portfolio presentations and executive‑level reporting.
