Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities are required.
• Experience with CRE lending, portfolio management, or real estate private equity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite CRE debt investments and conduct market research across property types.
• Perform portfolio surveillance, asset management, and re-underwriting of investments.
• Coordinate capital calls, investor reporting, audits, and external service provider interactions.
• Develop portfolio presentations and executive reporting for management and investors.
• Lead market research initiatives and maintain analytical tools for underwriting decisions.
