Job summary
Northmarq in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst to join our multifamily brokerage team. The Senior Analyst helps with financial analysis, underwriting, and marketing of exclusive assignments, working with top producers from the start of each engagement.
Candidates should have 2-3 years in CRE financial analysis, a Bachelor's, and strong Excel/ARGUS skills; experience with CoStar, Salesforce, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with Real Estate/Finance emphasis preferred.
- 2-3 years in CRE financial analysis and underwriting, especially multifamily or investment sales.
- Strong command of DCF, IRR, NPV and time value of money concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead underwriting and valuation of multifamily assets with detailed cash flow modeling.
- Analyze property-level documents to develop underwriting assumptions.
- Prepare value opinions and proposals with senior leadership.
- Conduct market research on comps, trends, and tenant performance.
- Synthesize data into investment narratives and client-ready materials.
