Job summary
Northmarq is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst in West Palm Beach to support the Production Debt + Equity team. You will perform underwriting, loan packaging, due diligence, and closing coordination for commercial real estate investments, with a focus on agency underwriting and market analytics.
The role requires 2+ years in CRE finance, strong Excel, Salesforce, and ARGUS skills, and a four-year degree in a related field.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of full-time financial analysis and/or underwriting experience in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Underwriting commercial real estate properties based on historical financial statements, borrower models, and market standards to determine income, valuation, and loan analytics.
- Prepare loan request packages with narrative analysis, underwriting, leases/rent roll analysis, and supporting visuals.
- Compile deal-specific lender lists, coordinate outreach, and maintain Salesforce updates.
- Provide closing coordination and liaise with servicing, reviewing due diligence and lender documents.
- Conduct research and lead generation on borrowers, properties, and markets using internal and third-party resources.
- Deliver best-in-class client service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams.
