Atlas Search is seeking an Asset Manager to join its asset management team to monitor and manage a diversified CRE loan and investment portfolio in the United States. The role involves active asset management, performance surveillance, and regular borrower/servicer interaction across property types.

The ideal candidate will support securitization efforts, prepare asset and loan summaries, and contribute to investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRE debt/equity asset management.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with loan securitization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a growing portfolio of real estate debt and equity assets across property types.
• Prepare asset summaries and large loan summaries; analyze financial and market information.
• Interact with borrowers, servicers, and partners; produce quarterly/annual investor reports.
