Atlas Search in New York seeks a Head of Asset Management for CRE Credit to own a growing portfolio of senior mortgages, construction/bridge loans, mezzanine debt, and CMBS investments, guiding them from closing through payoff.

Responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, covenants and credit risk; evaluating amendments and borrower requests; and leading workouts, restructurings and distressed situations.

Formación

• 6–15 years of CRE experience.
• Experience with debt funds, private credit platforms, mortgage REITs, banks or life companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRE loan documents and credit structures.
• Workout/restructuring experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of CRE debt investments from closing through payoff.
• Monitor asset performance, borrower plans, covenants and credit risk.
• Evaluate amendments, extensions, waivers and borrower requests.
• Lead/workouts, restructurings and distressed situations.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee third-party servicers and asset management partners.
• Help build asset management processes and infrastructure as the platform scales.
