Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of CRE data analysis or similar experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for property financial statement analysis, document review, market research, due diligence, and recurring portfolio processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for the CRE portfolio, including portfolio composition, property performance, debt service coverage, maturity, exposure, valuation, and risk indicators.
• Identify manual or duplicative processes that can be standardized or automated without weakening control quality, auditability, or professional judgment.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Real Estate Analysts on CRE analysis, data quality, reporting, visualization, and use of approved analytical tools.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including the limitations, assumptions, and source data underlying the analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
