Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the Atlas Data Foundation program, shaping the analytics roadmap and building enterprise reporting solutions.

You will work across investment management, finance, asset management, and operations to deliver trusted, AI-ready data assets. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in BI/analytics, 4+ years with Power BI, and strong SQL, semantic modeling, and API integration skills, with CRE or financial services experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in data science, analytics, finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in BI/analytics engineering or data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Atlas Data Foundation program and translate data domains into reports.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, asset mgmt, and operations stakeholders.
• Shape analytics roadmap by evaluating data sources and APIs.
• Design scalable data ingestion pipelines for enterprise reporting.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and ensure data reliability.
• Work with Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Copilot for AI-enabled analytics.
