Job summary

Analytic Recruiting Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a leading regional financial institution for a Head of Commercial Data & Analytics in New York. The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled data insights to deepen client relationships, improve sales effectiveness, and drive revenue growth.

You will own the CRM platform, embed AI-driven opportunities into banker workflows, and lead a high-performing team of data professionals. Strong banking domain knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of business analysis experience in commercial banking.
Experience leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) for sales enablement.
Strong understanding of banking relationships, prospecting, and lending workflows.
Hands-on AI/ML use cases in banking (credit risk, churn, pricing, fraud).
Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and metrics.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
