• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for the CRE portfolio, including portfolio composition, property performance, debt service coverage, maturity, exposure, valuation, and risk indicators.
• Identify manual or duplicative processes that can be standardized or automated without weakening control quality, auditability, or professional judgment.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Real Estate Analysts on CRE analysis, data quality, reporting, visualization, and use of approved analytical tools.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including the limitations, assumptions, and source data underlying the analysis.

## Senior Commercial Real Estate Data AnalystApply: New York, NY: Full time: Posted Yesterday: 2026-1394New York, NY (Hybrid) Salary Range: $130,000- $160,000 The Senior Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Analyst supports Apple Bank’s Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Division (REVAD) and related Commercial Mortgage Division (CMD), as well as other internal stakeholders by delivering data-driven analysis of real estate, financial, and market information.
