Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of CRE data analyst experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and automation.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power Query.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for property financial analysis, document review, market research, due diligence, and recurring portfolio processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for the CRE portfolio, including portfolio composition and risk indicators.
• Identify manual or duplicative processes that can be standardized or automated without weakening control or auditability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Real Estate Analysts on CRE analysis, data quality, reporting, visualization, and tools use.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including limitations and assumptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
