Job summary

VTS is seeking a Data Solutions Analyst in New York, NY, to join the Data Solutions team as the domain-expert QA layer between AI initiatives and client analytics. You will ensure CRE data quality for training AI models and client dashboards, with heavy Looker involvement.

The role requires 3–4 years CRE data experience, strong communication, and willingness to work 4 days per week in the office. You will train, launch, and maintain AI tooling, migrate dashboards to a new data warehouse, and

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, including analyzing CRE data.
• Experience with a BI/visualization tool such as Looker.
• A track record of meticulous, structured QA or data-quality work.
• Strong communication skills across technical and client-facing audiences.
• Comfortable working in technical tooling and picking up new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as a domain-expert QA layer between AI engineering and client-facing analytics.
• Support training, launching, and maintenance of VTS's AI tooling.
• QA and migrate client dashboards to a new data warehouse.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards in Looker to deliver client insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and client-facing teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Develop domain expertise across VTS's AI tooling, data, and dashboards.
