Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. in Los Angeles seeks an Executive Director of Originations to lead CRE debt origination efforts. You will source, structure, and close loans while managing borrower and broker relationships, with accountability for deal success.

Requirements include 8–15 years of CRE originations experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate. The role is onsite in LA with strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of direct CRE experience with a focus on originations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
• Experience sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing CRE loans.
• Ability to manage a team of Originators and coordinate with Underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate CRE debt opportunities across markets.
• Own all deal lifecycle from borrower engagement to closing.
• Develop and manage a network of borrowers, brokers, and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and execution.
• Present transactions and risk assessments to senior management.
