Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of CRE loan servicing experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for borrowers, investors, related third parties, and internal units to resolve inquiries
• Coach team members on CRE loan document interpretation
• Identify and monitor loan covenants for borrower compliance
• Prepare presentations and reviews for investors and management
• Lead client calls and meetings reviewing loan performance issues
• Monitor escrow and reserve functions in CRE servicing
