Job summary

UPERIO USA seeks a Senior Crane Service Technician in Palmer, Texas, to perform advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on Photon Peiner and Zoomlion cranes within our rental fleet. The role blends hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting with leadership in safety, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school graduate with technical certification preferred.
5–7 years of hands-on crane experience, including senior/lead roles.
Experience on Photon Peiner and Zoomlion cranes is highly desirable.
Able to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on large cranes.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and inspections on mobile and tower cranes.
Diagnose complex system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Lead quality, safety, and documentation for work performed.
Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with service leadership.
