Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Senior Technician to service, repair, modernize, and upgrade cranes and hoists in customer settings. The role emphasizes leadership of field technicians and acting as liaison between management and customers.

The Senior Technician position requires OSHA-related inspections, safe operations, and flexibility for on-call and after-hours work to meet customer needs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of crane repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Willingness to work off the ground at various heights and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA inspections and generate inspection reports and repair orders.
• Communicate with Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule daily work.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and assets in safe condition.
• Be on-call and provide after-hours/overtime service as required.
• Attend trainings and seminars as required.
