Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Craft Lead to supervise and perform skilled craft work at the CITGO Lake Charles refinery site. The role requires directing a single crew, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to contractor specifications throughout tasks.

Responsibilities include pre-job safety planning, toolbox meetings, managing materials, and reporting time and resources. Strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills are essential for successful execution on site.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of craft experience or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to direct a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a single crew on assigned tasks.
• Promote Brock’s safety culture and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Plan tasks, assign work, track time and material usage, and report progress.
