Job summary

You will lead safety planning, manage crews, and verify QA/QC while coordinating equipment, materials, and personnel to meet project milestones on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (Bsafe/Bbest).
• Lead pre-job safety planning and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Conduct regular crew meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and customer specifications.
• Direct loading, unloading and storage of materials/equipment on site.
• Oversee QA/QC of work and document results.
• Assign work and manage worker schedules and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and equipment performance.
