Job summary

You will drive safety, lead pre-job planning and toolbox meetings, ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC standards, and manage time records, materials, and equipment readiness on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience or 2 years craft +1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong safety and QA/QC adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single crew and direct work.
• Conduct safety planning and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards.
• Assign work and manage material and time reporting.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and equipment readiness.
• Estimate material and worker requirements.
